I think perhaps this misunderstanding, is that what I did was to create an original, copyrighted work, and 'publish' it in JALLIB. But somehow you all seem to think that I 'published' the original work elsewhere, and what is in JALLIB is somehow already a derivative work, which is confusing since it still shows me as the sole copyright holder, whereas perhaps it would have been more convenient if Seb held the copyright to every file in JALLIB. In the other thread, I've said -- OK, just go ahead and do whatever you think is right with the spi library.
