+1. One suggestion on the name of the existing mail repository class is to
use "Avalon" in the name rather than "FS" as I think this is more accurate
(and more readable). Or at least "file" or something... I'm not a big fan
of abbreviations in class names. not a big deal though.

I'll test tonight and see if I can't figure out what's wrong with the
non-terminating input stream.

Not that I know of. Better documentation? I committed several html docs 2
days ago, and I thought there was a nightly script to move these over to the
java.apache.org page site, but they haven't showed up (in fact, the install
page still has that merge conflict problem). If anybody can help me with
how to change those pages, I'd appreciate it.

So, 1.2 sound ok? Or by major release do you mean 2.0?
