My concern is only to separate the role assembler from developer. If the
assembler in the end is the admin or developer shouldn't matter. But as an
admin in the end I would like to have control over _which_ implementation I
use for a particular system component and its' configuration.
No hardwired limitations in the code and easy to deploy new implementations
for existing interfaces.
