Things like the class name are not within the admin's
domain.  Things like the number of concurrent threads
are.  There are things that the admin doesn't need to
see to effectively care for the system, and there are
things that will destroy the system if they don't set
it correctly.  Hense things like class and interface
attributes that are needed for flexible maintenance
of the system are only needed by the block--not the
admin.
