Updated James to handle the experimental LDAP users repository. This
doesn't follow the same pattern as the other repositories, partly
because it is Contextualisable as well as Configurable but also because
it has a (currently redundant) list capability that mean it needs
additional state set (LocalUsers vs list) before initialisation.
Because this will all change when we move to the new Avalon (no
masterstore.MasterStore), I think it is not worth trying to beautify
now. It seems to work OK.
Oh, Serge's anti-spam measures seem to work (as I found while testing
the LDAP stuff).
So, what else needs doing?
