nope - not really. I read about it in latest smtp ietf draft that
consolidates all smtp standards. A quick trip to excite brought up this
thou http://www.telebyte.com/spamlaw/ which may contain details. Otherwize
go by www.rfc-editor.org and nab latest smtp draft (if it still available -
it may have expired by now).
