Can someone explain how, practically, we release stuff. That is, how do
we magick the new tarballs/ zips and docs onto the website?
This is for James 1.2, but I know Avalon has just gone through this.
By the by, per the constitution document we are supposed to have 3
eligible +1 votes. We have two, Serge and myself. Can anyone else with a
James vote (ie cvs write access) cast their vote.
