Fede is the only other person who can +1 I believe and he is also the
person to contact about how to setup up web stuff. To alter main web you
have to be a committer to java_apache_org and the other web stuff requires
access to the machine that it is located on which I don't believe
non-member committers have access to. So all in all poke Fede until he
responds ;)
