No-one - its more informal. My guess as to what is happening is:
Serge - updating docs for move to jakarta
Me - slowly coaxing my IMAP server to life (long term project)
Any and all - discussing what to do for virtual mail domains
any and all - discussing what to do with User Repository

The current cvs uses Avalon 3.0a4 with a bug patch.
Avalon 3.1a1 was released yesturday so upgrading is another todo.
(Hopefully not too bad ...)
Will try to do later this week, but can't promise.
