Nice to meet you all and Catherine.
Yoroshiku onegaishimasu.

I have just joined this group and happened to see this question.
I would like to answer question though, I may not understand well
your message.(I am Japanese)
If my answer is not enough or inadequate, please give me more info,
or I have to say sorry in advance.

What I am not sure is
1.Which part of your sentence am I supposed to check?
2.Following in your sentence is correctly you posted?
(or somewhat error happened?)

> すみません,
日本語が上手じゃ&#123
54;りません.
>
パセントのレント&#123
99;facsimileで(fax no.)
をお願いします.

3.What does it mean 'persent rent'?
Your vendor supposed to pay the rent by not fixed amount but related
to vendor's monthly sales or somthing?

If you want only to be checked following part

> sumimasen, nihongo ga jouzujaarimasen
> pasento no rento ha facsimile de (fax no.)o onegaishimasu

it is correct(proper) or not is depend on what exactly you want to
get across. Your vendor may understand as it is.

1) pasento no rento
I think your vendor have knowledge about what is going on, so he
could get sense. Though it maybe though to decipher for Japanese.

I guess there is equivalent words of 'percent rent (report)' in
Japanese. If you don't use such word, it may be confusing.
There is no 'rento' in Japanese words.
'Rent' is translate into Japanese in some ways(depend on the
situation).
'Percent' is also recognized as a loanword for ordinary Japanese
people.

I recommend to use 'percent rent (report)' directly, if your vendor
understand English or you usually communicate this way.

2)ha
Preposition is very tough part of using forign language.
I think your vendor will understand what you mean.
If you want to try be more accurate, here is tips.

When your vender have not sent the report, and you want to urge, it
might be better use 'wo'

When you want to let your vendor know how to send the report, you
could use 'ha'.

3)facsimile
you can use 'FAX' (we call the machine FAX, too)

I hope it will help you.
If you have more question, please rely to this article.

Regards.
Tsutomu
