"Wakarimasen desita ka? Baka dewa arimasen. Chotto kudasai."

That's how much I've learned about Japanese, but that's only a tenth of
everything. There's more and I may never learn them all.

I am the stupid one here; I did not phrase things in a way that you
could understand. I pursue linguistics as a hobby, so I can understand
some of the vocabulary used in the linguistic community. Do you pursue
linguistics in any way as well? Forgive me if I have neglected this.

"Sumimasen. Watasi no kotoba wa anata ni muzukasii desita. Kaki de
oohei simasita."

"Kofuku-na Ongi-no-hi gozaimasu. (Watasi no nihongo de geijutsu wa mada-
mada heta desu.)"
