You also need "Text-to-speech engine, Japanese" and "SAPI 4.0 runtime support", both of which can be obtained at: http://www.microsoft.com/msagent/downloads/user.asp If you have Windows 95 or above, you can hear your PC read aloud Japanese texts for you.
