1. I don't know of any difference, even subtle, between these 2, other than the 
grammatical difference (sureba vs. suru nara).
2 & 3. Really not much difference, but I think that suru is slightly more 
formal than yaru.
4. Shitara is more interchangeable with sureba than shite mo. Shitara 
translates better to "if" than "even if".
