(I'm just trying) Ok, the backend seems to work, so the problem is in contacting the MySQL server... Like said in the first error message you sent me. Is the MySQL server on the same machine ? If not, is it listening to the network (It does not by default, nowadays...) ? Can you ping it from the print server (if no FW) ? Can you use MySQL client tools to log into it from the print server ?
