This advice will be very useful on a per-directory basis
perhaps, however overall we reap the same benefits of
having URL case sensitivity that we do at the Unix OS and
C programming language level, plus having to deal with
the politics of our sponsor on occasion, where we may
need to use acronyms appropriately.
