The default JServ install script expects to find stuff in
.../apache/sbin but the new version of Apache 1.3.4 puts all that in
.../apache/bin.
If you put a symlink .../apache/sbin@ that points to .../apache/bin the
JServ install script works and you can intall it as a DSO.
