Your right Jean-Luc... I am NOT using DSO, but it seems as though
mod_rewrite and mod_jserv are both defined in Configuration.apaci instead of
Configuration.
(because I supplied them both with an --activate-module= flag during
configuration.)
They are in the correct order in this file.
I also noticed that I enabled
AddModule modules/standard/mod_rewrite.o
in the Configuration file also.
3 questions here.

1.Would DSO be a preferred method ? (pro's/con's)(i'll recompile)
2.should I add both of the modules with Add Module in the Configuration file
and not with --activate-module= flags running configure ?
3.Should I leave everything the same, and comment out Add Module <rewrite>
in the Configuration file and compile again with them both in
Configuration.apaci?
(I'll probably try them all... )
