nope, you need to compile the .dll yourself. I ran into the same issue
myself tonight when I tried to install it on my new home PC (yea, so now I
can work 16-18 hour days both at home AND work <smile>). I'm going to
install MSVC++ tomorrow on that machine and try to get it compiled.
