hi.
first check to see configuration file to make sure it is correct (not
commented out)
are you being refused??? maybe the hostname you are trying is wrong. Apache
actually checks the hostname you are using
so iholsman.splwg.com is different iholsman.dyn.cheapnet.net which is
different to localhost. (although they all point to the same IP address)
try allowing from all, or email me the log files etc.
