To the Apache development team:

You guys rock!! Open source software kicks &#%$! I am informally testing
the scalability of Apache/JServ/SQL Server 7, and preliminary results
indicate excellent performance (about 4 million DB hits/day) on a Dual
PII-500 box with 512MB of RAM. I even running under Windoze! Everything
has been rock solid, and in the last hour of load testing only 1 500 error
has been returned. JServ has not even had to restart itself.

I just wanted to thank evryone who helped build JServ, because it's the only
solution out there that doesn't cost an absolute fortune to implement load
balancing (now we just need the fail-over part).

Questions for you guys:

1. When is JServ going to support JSDK 2.1? 2.2?
2. As I am using this software commercially, I would like to 'give back' to
the open source community. How can I help? I 'are' a Java developer,
although I am currently stuck with Windoze for server implementation (but
using Apache/JServ lets me save the higher-ups when M$ solutions don't
scale. Don't worry, I am working on getting rid of SQL Server 7, for
something more cross-platform).
3. Can I buy you guys a beer?

Thanks for all you guys have done,
Scott
