Exception creating the server socket

Hi there,
I haven't seen an answer to this in the FAQ. I'm
 getting a lot of the following errors in
/var/log/httpd/error_log when running the Hello servlet

ApacheJServ/1.0fc1: Exception creating the server socket: 
java.net.BindException: Address already in use

There is no reponse from apache in the browser. Sometimes
 (if I don't load the page frequently) the servlet works
 but usually it doesn't.

I have the following installed:
Plain RedHat Linux 6.0
apache-1.3.9-1.i386.rpm
jdk-1.1.7-v3.i386.rpm
apache-jserv-1.0fc1-0.i386.rpm (including jsdk.jar)
gnujsp-0.9.10.tar.gz

  Any ideas?
