#1. Include version numbers for all software.
#2. Include relevant configuration settings.
#3. Include full descriptions of the problem.

As Beavis would say..."are you threating me?"
Chaining is a HORRIBLE idea. There are many other ways that are better
implemented to do the same exact thing.
