You already have something running that uses the
port JServ wants to use.
You probably already have JServ running.
Do a "ps auxw | grep java" to see if JServ is running.
If its not JServ then you have some other software
that is using the port JServ wants to use. Change
Jserv's port in jserv.properties and jserv.conf
and then try it.
