Ug. This was a bug that was reported that I didn't fix before the last
release.
It is now fixed in CVS. Essentially, you just need to either grab the stuff
out of CVS or go through the source code in two places and change the
ISO8859_1 to ISO-8859-1. I would appreciate it if you would do this and
report back to me success or failure.
I will then roll a 1.1.2 version shortly after.
