I suppose I have a different problem because mine will never work even the
first time.
I have tried restarting the service many times but always the same
result. I am very confused as to why JServ will work perfectly except when
I start Apache as a service?!?!?!?
I guess I should go ahead and install JServ as a separate service, but I
sure would like to figure this out.
