Yeah, sorry typo when copying the error msg, should have used cut and paste 
really (but the mouse is sooo far away :) ).

Anyway, the problem isn't a case sensative problem, even going to 
http://localhost/example/ doesn't exist, so the servlet zone isn't being shown 
by the web server.
