You may need to check the following config files:
-- jserv/conf/jserv.conf <-- Mount point.
Do you have a mount point whose name is /example?
If not make one with a named zone.
-- jserv/conf/jserv.properties <-- Pointer to
Zone's property file
-- jserv/conf/zone.properties <-- Pointer to Zone's
repository. In the Zone repository directory or jar
files, can you find the Hello.class file? If not,
create one.
Then you should be able to access it.
