If you are interested, please send me your updated resume along with the needed information listed below. * **System Administrator** **Location: Dallas - TX** **Duration :6+months* The candidate will perform database administration of clustered MS SQL databases, as well as system administration of production systems providing contact center services for a Federal customer. *Job responsibilities to include: * maintenance of database and operating environment patch levels and software/firmware/hardware updates, as required to maintain system security and provide customer-requested services; database and server change management, incident management, problem management, capacity management, configuration management, and user account administration of supported systems. Candidate will be required to work with the Applications team to ensure that changes made to the database, operating environment, firmware or hardware do not impact the applications hosted on the servers, and to diagnose and resolve issues related to changes made. Solid working experience (a minimum of 7 years) with the following technologies is required: Microsoft SQL Server, Microsoft Windows 2008 Server, Microsoft Active Directory, Web Services/.NET The candidate will administer the following technologies; working experience with them is strongly preferred: NetApp SAN Storage/SnapManager, VMware vSphere ESXi , Dell PowerEdge servers, Cisco UCS servers, F5 BIG-IP Local Traffic Manager, RSA SecurID, Cisco Access Control Server/AAA, TIBCO LogLogic, Symantec Backup Exec, Zoho ManageEngine suite. Candidate must have a current DHS public trust clearance, or be able to obtain one.
