Job description:
Technical Management Skills
- Thorough understanding of traditional PBX and Cisco Call Manager 8.x 
environments
- Cisco routers and IOS (39xx, 29xx, 28xx, 88x)
- TCP/IP and routing protocol such as BGP and EIGRP
- Cisco switching (Nexus 7K, 65xx, 37xx, 296x)
- Solarwinds and SNMP
- Experience implementing dial peers and Cisco VoIP using Cisco IOS and 
Call Manager
- Experience implementing trunks, route patterns, route groups, AAR, 
translation patterns, etc. in both the traditional PBX and Cisco Call 
manager environment
- Administer Call Manager, Unity, Presence, UCCX version 8.x
- Prefer experience with the following platforms: Avaya PBX (Communication 
Manager r11 and higher), Siemens HiPath 4000, Iwatsu PBX, Mitel, and Cisco 
Call Manager (v8.x and higher)
- Cisco Certification a plus
