This patch tries another approach instead of changing the existing Highlighter
api. The result is that if you call getBestFragments more than once, you must
call reset() on the SpanScorer between each call. Whether this is better than
modifying the existing api, I am not sure.
This patch also adds a new SimpleSpanFragmenter that fragments based on size,
but ensures that Spans are not broken up. This class might not be perfect yet.
