Because Ocean does not flush to disk with every transaction (deleteDocument
then clone the reader) there is a need to allow cloning of readers that have
not flushed changes. Rather than create a workaround, which I did that
involves overriding clone and setting hasChanges=false, cloning and then
setting hasChanges=true again, this seemed to be cleaner.
