So there's roughly a factor 2 between PFOR and BITS (which is actually just FOR
i.e. PFOR without patches/exceptions). Meanwhile I've started working on
speeding up the patching, combined with always using a multiple of 4 bytes.
This also involves changing the layout for the exceptions slightly, but it
should allow faster patching and avoid the byte ordering problems mentioned
before. It will take another while to finish.
