I'm still slightly confused on "in order" and "out of order" collectors. I mean, I get what they do, but, if I'm implementing a new collector (see https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/LUCENE-2215) that is going to be part of core, should I implement two versions: one for in order and one for out of order?
