use your own analyzer. Write a class extending lucene analyzer.  you can
override the  tokenStream method to include whatever you want and exclude
what you don't want.

eg. of a token stream method which may work for you
 public TokenStream tokenStream(String fieldName, Reader reader) {
        TokenStream result = new StopFilter(
                    new LowerCaseFilter(
                        new WhitespaceTokenizer(reader)));
        return result;
    }
