Java 2 1.3 includes the Java Plug-In.  If you install Java 2 1.3 and
Java 3D, you should be able to run the *_plugin.html files in the
demo/java3d directory.

The HTML Converter is for making your Java 3D programs viewable on a
web page.  The Java 3D demos have already been run through the HTML
converter (the before and after files are both included:
HelloUniverse.html and HelloUniverse_plugin.html, for example).
