I have fixed the problem by uninstall java3d and then reinstall it. For some reason the web link that loading a java applet could not find my java3d.

I tried to run the jre1.4.1 which includes plug-in but the installation hung when the java plug-in was installed. I don't have NPj3d.dll in the C;\Program Files\Netscape\plug-in\.
