Hi, I created a ViewerAvatar in a lighted scene, everything works fine except that the appearance of the avatar does not work correctly.
It is strange that setMaterial method on this avatar's appearance has no effect at all, but setTransparencyAttributes works correctly. So the whole scene is shaded nicely but only the avatar looks completely white, and it can be transparent if the transparencyAttributes are set. I am wondering if the avatar branchgroup is not include in the lighting caculation.
