Hi All,
(B
(BJust want to know has anyone experienced the same problem as me.
(B
(BI added a canvas3D to display 3D objects into a JFrame, and faces some
(Bmysterious refreshing problem with that canvas3D. For example, if I hide
(Bthe window containing the canvas3D partly behind another window (i.e
(Bswitching focus to another window) in my application, and return focus to
(Bthe window again, the whole canvas3D was painted initially. However, once I
(Bmove the mouse, the area which was previouly covered by another window is
(Bpainted blank while the uncovered parts are painted correctly.
(B
(BI have tried many way so correct the problem like catching WindowActivated
(Bevent and refreshing the canvas3D etc, but none of them helped. I have
(Bfound out that it has something to do with the scheduling bounds, and the
(Bbest I could do is to make canvas3D refresh once the mouse enters its area,
(Bby adding a OrbitBehavior into the viewplatform with a big enough
(Bscheduling bound. However, if there are other swing elements like menubars
(Bin between the place that I click to reactivate the window and the
(Bcanvas3D, during the moment between moving the cursor over canvas3D the
(Brefreshing is strange.
(B
(BDid anyone have the same experience, and how did you solve this problem?
(BAre there ways to force the canvas3D to refresh just like what
(BOrbitBehavior does when the mouse is placed over it?
(B
(BIt would be extremely greatful if you can advice me on this. Thanks in
(Badvance.
(B
(BRegards,
(BLeon
