Hello

I think I am a bit off topic..

I recently finished a project with Java3D. very good api.
Before that i used opensg.org, times more complicated.

Are there any commercial games in java3d? i think,
if i go in a computer store most games in the boxes were
written in c++ (like half life, unreal, far cry etc). Do you
know a bigger project?

if not, i would also like to contact this developers for a job.
I don't understand this mailing list as a job market,
i am just curious.

Bye Chris

If you are seriously looking for a 3D coding job, then the main place to
look will be the games market. Desktop and higher-end 3D graphics has
very small demand for coders. Games have heaps, and there's a major new
market developing for the mobile devices now that OpenGL ES and DirectX
Mobile have been released. That's where you should be looking as there
is a fairly decent demand for programmers in those areas.
Let me know if you're interested in helping to prepare a proposal in response to a Broad Agency Announcement for Ft. Huachuca, AZ.  It will include J3D. Proposal must be submitted in about 30 days.
