HiResCoord

Hi Everybody,
I want to create a Locale Object with HiResCoord, I understand that I'll
have to specify three eight element int arrays for the x,y abd z values.
In this array I have to specify a 256-bit fixed point number, but how do I
do that, say I've got a coordinate like 3400000.0m?
