Hi,
I've looked at HiResCoord for a few hours because I got the same thing
as you. But all I've understood is that specifying a value only do a
translation of the center of the virtual univers. And if you want to
work with long distance you've got to build several locales with
different HiResCoord. I've post here a request for some help without
any answer. I would be interested if you get any info about that.
