*Complete Description:*
Database management through maintenance of data dictionaries, data models,
performance tuning. Coordinates database changes and tests. Database

maintain db instances and schemas, create db elements (users, roles, etc).
Run maintenance scripts against productions db. Restore db from backups.
Coordinate and execute security patches. Assist in design and implementation
of new db servers. Conduct performance tuning.
