Shrinking everything down to 20 minutes means you're doing a straight newscast, like the Rails Envy podcast, for example. I think that the somewhat rambling discussions and digressions are a big part of what make the Java Posse great and fun. Admittedly, I do have a lot of commute time to fill up.
