What I like about email is that the user _sees_ what is sent back.
Both Apple and Google have these terms in their app store agreements
that you need to protect user privacy (see section 4.3 for Android:
http://www.android.com/us/developer-distribution-agreement.html; only
Google can take your data without asking  ;-).  With an email,
everything sent to the developer is in plain sight; with a "Fill form
for suggestion" approach you need to show what you want to send anyway
(like with the various, automated crash reports that have a "details
page").  It's not really a whole lot you care about on the iPhone side
- device name, OS version, app version, maybe which network they
currently use (WiFi, 3G, Edge etc.).  With Android, it's probably more
(like CPU and RAM and screen resolution in case you have a more off-
beat Android device).
