That's a good point, they are very different on that level... While
the JavaPosse format is more intimate and subjective, it's not for
beginners. Whereas .NET Rocks have interviewed many non-.NET people
and throws in programmer public service stuff like "Know a framework"
etc. When at their best, I prefer the JavaPosse, but the amount
Kumbaya can get a bit scary sometimes (less of that lately, thanks to
Apple, Oracle and Google stirring things up a bit).
