Didn't Rubin say it was because they had taken "shortcuts" that made it
difficult to get Honeycomb running on phones? Seems a little odd, since
that's a big part of what the whole Fragments API was about.

I'm sure the Open Handset Alliance members applied a lot of pressure to get
it out as fast as possible. Waiting another year while another 30-40 million
iPads are sold doesn't sound like a great idea.
