Once again you leap to a conclusion without any evidence whatsoever.   You 
ignore the effects of communism and just assume that lack of patents is the 
reason.  Please provide some proof that there is any relationship whatsoever 
that any lack of innovation that may exist in China is primarily or solely due 
to patents.
