Personally, I use a combination of Password 
Safe<http://passwordsafe.sourceforge.net/> and 
Dropbox. I store the password file in the dropbox folder and it gets synced 
automatically.
I only use the windows version of password safe, I'm not sure about the 
linux version of it.
