It is called JAWS 7.10. JAWS8 works with the combo boxes fine. I think I may not be receiving everything from this group on googlegroups, since I got a notification from them today that they were bouncing. I joined this group on Wednesday. Here's hoping. .

sharon, when I tried the recipes combo box, the forms mode went off when I
tried to arrow down and I received a message that the page could not be
found. So, indeed, this is a wierd one. I think Flore is correct in
suggesting that you need the jaws 7.01 update to jaws 7. Seems to me that I
didn't have the combo box problem while I had the .0 update. marilyn1
