I suppose you could, but that'd involve more work setting up the path within the self-extracting .exe file. You could just ZIP up the files to be moved, then extract them to the user files folder in the newly installed version, but you'd have to know what the exact path is and to keep things as simple as possible, I deliberately didn't get into that issue. For anyone who wants to know, the exact path to all user files folders since JAWS 6.0 is:

C:\Documents and Settings\<user_account_name>\Application Data\Freedom Scientific\JAWS\xxx\Settings\ENU

where xxx is the JAWS version, either 6.0, 6.10, 6.20, 7.0, 7.10, or 8.0.
